Meetings and Incentives Itinerary

Annual Sales Incentive qualifying distributors and their companions is going to be in Costa Rica at the Playa Conchal all-inclusive resort.

Day 1 – Participants are flying in from around the country and arriving in two batches.  For each group, after customs there are greeters from the transportation company offering cold bottled water and assistance with luggage to the air conditioned motor coaches waiting to take them to the resort.  Once there, a detachment of hotel registration clerks are poised to distribute keys and escort the guests to their beautiful, spacious suites.

Day 2 – Members of the group can wander into breakfast where the travel coordinator stationed outside dining room will make dinner reservations for that evening in the specialty restaurants, reserve activities like horseback riding or surf lessons or whatever they need for an enjoyable day.

Day 3- After a day of relaxation or exciting excursions, members of the group congregate for the pre-arranged cocktail hour and awards dinner.

Day 4 – Members who signed up for the special team building zip line excursion gather in the lobby to board their air-conditioned bus to the cloud forest.

Day 5 – After another day of golf, spa treatments and volcano watching, members of the team get together one more time to enjoy the Farewell gala dinner arranged in cooperation with the travel coordinator.

Day 6 – Members of the group depart in air conditioned motor coaches, previously loaded with their luggage and souvenirs to board their flights home.
